Hi from another wife

Hi everyone.

Oh my goodness. Other people who share my thoughts, feelings and experiences. I have felt very alone in dealing with this for many years. I am glad to be here!

So, DH is a Pa/Sa, Our marriage is on the brink, and I have finally given my DH an ultimatum. It or me. There have been ultimatums in the past, but I was not in a place to see them through, that is different this time.

Even if he doesn't go through with it, I know now that as a SO of a PA/SA that I need to do my own healing, so that is my priority right now.

Anyway, I have been writing a journal for the last week, and will be uploading it to the journals area.

Hope to get to know everyone better. Nice to have finally found like-minds. :)

Hi there, I am often amazed at how many times I read something from another SO and wonder if I maybe wrote it while I was sleepwalking or something... as someone once told me, the stories might be different, but the patterns are all the same. It's comforting in a way, but also very disturbing, to know what a giant problem this is, and how overwhelming it can be at times. You just have to stay strong, that's the only choice.
