So here goes...

Hi, my name is Jeremy and I am a porn addict. My journey to this point may not be as colorful (or maybe dark is a better word) than some others here, but shameful and destructive nonetheless. Hopefully I can start to explore my history and unravel my decision process in a journal, but I wanted to start here with a quick introduction. I am here to give myself a place to be accountable to and look forward to persevering through this process with everyone here. Reading the forum here as been very instrumental already through these early days. Thanks to all of you.

it doesn't matter if your journal is colorful or not, the point is are you ready to change your world to be a colorful one? o:-)

Welcome, Jeremy! You are setting off on the right path with your very first words: "my name is Jeremy and I am a porn addict" which is brave and proactive. I remember the first time I went to an SAA (Sex Addicts Anonymous) meeting, and I could not say those words. But you have written them, and that is a GREAT way to begin. I am a porn and sex addict. Together all of us are recovering from this terrible disease. Welcome!
