congrat's on the decision to quit porn. i think the first few days are always the most difficult. Once I've gotten past those I find it easier from then on. My killer has been boredom. I have plenty of new hobbies, but now my work is boring and my wife isn't interested in sex. so my advice is to make sure you eliminate as many hours of idle time as possible and get as busy as possible. also you need an accountability partner that you can rely on for support. this could be a spouse, friend, or support group. without these things it is very difficult to be successful.
