      Welcome Viz,

Just the stark realization that p has become a problem in your life is powerful. You will find accurate, updated and very personal information needed to battle this addiction on this site.

Please give yourself the time to read through some of the posts in the 'new members welcome' forum and the other ' dealing with addiction ' forums to see that you are not alone in your observations, feelings and frustrations.

There are many references to the scientific research being done right now, on the brain chemicals that cause addiction. Interesting stuff, since addiction was always connected to chemicals injected or ingested into our bodies. Seems that neuroscience is now documenting that natural body chemicals can be twisted out of line, creating an addiction. Dopamine & oxytocin seem to be the ' feel good ' chemicals that create an addiction to p&m.

Sorry to load all this on you, but information or knowledge is key to success.
