      Cool Hi everybody

      Hi there,

I am very glad to find out TTF. I have spent many hours to read a lot of posts around and I find out that these people are struggling. I look to myself and realize that your hope, will has encouraged me to fight with the hidden enemy that I have never found several days before.

I admit that fighting PA is hard. I have tried to give it up since I was a teen boy. I was underestimated it and I fell again and again. Now I have gained enough strength, wisdom and hope to remove PA from my life. Let's look ahead and hope o:-)

P/S: This is the first time I confront with the truth of PA. The idea of confronting with my weakness was ignited by one of my great friends. I hope she is happy when knowing that her friend is struggling with himself to become a better person :)

      Welcom RW,

I am a PA and give you credit for coming to terms with this addiction. I strongly suggest that you treat it just like an addiction, one based in the mind. It does have physical effects and these are in the form of cravings due to chemical dependency in the brain.

You have stated that you have researched a lot of sites, and so I hope you chose this one due to the amount of interaction between the PAs and the SOs. I have learned a lot from reading their journals and urge you to do the same.

Look over the resources and get some of the books, they do help a lot in understanding this monster called porn.

Make an action plan and share it with your great friend. Show her that you plan on relying on her, and this may help her know how you are thinking and your steps to getting better.

      I wish you strength redwarrior.
