      Default Brief intro.

Writing this in front of my wife and sister-in-law, who aren't aware of my problem. But I wanted to introduce myself. I have PA and have "quit" more times than I can count. It's a problem. And it's a big deal/step for me to come to this website and talk to people about it. I will relate more later, but I'm glad to be here.

Hi 2frustrated, Let me give you a warm welcome to TTF. This is a site which has many PA who are like you trying to recover and we have a very strong family support for each other. Heres a little starting advice

      1. Start a journal in the Recovery journals Section
      2. Create a list based on TTF Mission planner
      3. Lastly, heres a helpful guide to start you along the road of recovery - Breaking pornography addiction, a getting started guide.
Don't be afraid to ask for help, we are friendly people :)

Welcome and please read over the resources and articles sections, they really do help in many areas, including the beginning steps, and beginning to uderstand the scope of what you have really been doing to yourself. Keep strong, you made the right choice to get started quitting P and coming here!
