Ive been addicted for a long time. Im a born again Christian and have ask the Lord to take it away from me but he is patient.
I believe and i pray that this time he will be the one leading instead of me because without him i have no strength. Also with all your help i will beat this and be the man God wants me to be.

I am a PA and would like to say welcome. I would like to suggest a book that might prove to be helpful in retraining you eyes and brain to live more pure. The book is "Every Man's Battle Winning the War on Sexual Temptation On Victory at a Time" by Stephen Arterburn and Fred Stoeker it is Christian based. I have found several useful tips in the book and have started to put them into practice and I find that they work. Such as bouncing your eyes, which is the instant that you notice visual stimuli that would feed the addiction you shift your eyes in another direction. I know it sounds like it wouldn't work, but it does if you consciously practice it. Warning there are some part that could possibly cause problems of being triggered, but it is the only clear way that the authors can get the information across.
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
courage and the strength to change the things I can,
and wisdom to know the difference.

May your feet stay on the path to recovery

Welcome to the forum. Can really relate to what you wrote about reaching new lows all the time and feeling worse and worse. You are not alone, even though you may be more or less physically alone there right now.

Wish you all the best on your journey to a better life. Hope we all can find some peace in our souls :)
