      Welcome Persona,

Working toward taking back charge of your mind and your actions.

      Good first step.

Whether p &mb is a habit, a sickness or a societal trend, you have probably already realized that it tends to take over the driver's seat.

Very good to have you here. To realize you have a problem is a huge step. Make sure you read over the articles and resources on this site. They made a world of difference to me, so far. Another big help is to read the journals of other PA's. IT lets you gain some insight as to the realizations of other individuals, coping with this problem. Stay strong, do not give into the urges, and learn about yourself, through others.

      welcome:)

It makes me smile every time I see someone who is wise enough to recognize the problem and strong enough to try and fight it. It takes alot to make the first step. I personally have gotten alot from reading others stories and from writing my own. Try it out.

      Peace.

      be calm in your heart.
