Hello every body,

The first thing I want to tell you is that I'm Spaniard and thank to our English teaching system my English is not as good as I desire and I would like to say sorry.

After this, I would like be grateful with this community, I'm in the last twenties and I think I have being MB since I was seven, I was very precocious and now the time to fight and win has come.

I have tried many times in my live, but PA always beat me and now I'm starting to now why, I just try with force of will, and this isn't enough for me, I will focus this war as Shun Zu will. I have to know myself and the PA, and this community is helping me a lot.

Knowing than this urges are natural in all human kind, and the fact that people here has beaten them, is a good starting point, may be I'm in the euphoria phase, but knowing this phase exist and then disappears, and then the hard battle will start is an information really relevant for the success.

Welcome to TTF, an just let me a PA say that as you read our journals. Meaning the journals posted here by we who are PA's, SA's you will find that we did not do this alone. We have our Therapists, Counselors, Clergy, and varies Support Groups, besides our SO's. Do not be fooled that you can beat this with will alone. Because this is a delusion that will set you up for failure. I know this from personal experience.

Thank you for your comments Gost, and let me say that i'll will the good part of them, the part where I feel that you are really worried about what happens with the people here.

Thank you again for your advises about getting external help, but let my add something, in order to get rid of A oneself must do the job, external help is just help, I'm sure that it is a very big one, but the individual is not going to be with people every day, he could get any P he wants when alone. So my point is that what really matters is how much you WANT to be free.

As I told before I'm very expertise about failing but the wrong thing was the method and the reasons, I told me thing like, "you must be free for a month and then will see", or "you can watch P till you sleep with a woman", this kind of thing that made me fail.

But now, I'm not going to use excuses, I now know that my live will be much better without this, is the pure reason which will guide me. Just realizing how I was looking and thinking about woman turns me sick about me.

I guess that what Desert lp could be interpreted this way: If you are alone, and the urge to watcvh P assaults you, you can always seek help and talk about it online, here, where you can find people with similar issues as yours and that won't judge you and tell you bad things because they know how tough this can be, and will undeand your struggle.
you have to do it on your own, but it is OK to ask for help every now and then.
