      Post Hi Everyone

Hi Everyone, I'm 19 years old and have been addicted to P & MB ever since my early teenage years. I'm currently undergoing my second attempt at ridding myself of these activities as my first official attempt (over a year ago) was obviously unsuccessful.

      Hi Unchained:

Welcome! You are very wise to come here. Like you, I guess all of us have tried to rid ourselves of this addiction on our own, and, like you, we didn't have much success. So it's great to have you with us--you can share your insights and we can support you, too. You have a great nickname, by the way! Here's to all of us getting unchained. Looking forward to many more posts from you. One piece of advice, although you might have already done it: you should probably take a look at some of the "getting started" messages. We will support you as you work on this tough, tough addiction, so I hope you know you have a bunch of friendly people cheering you on!!

      Take good care of yourself,

      Dave

I used to try to fill it with porn,

      but now

I fill it with loving kindness,

      Unchained,
Welcome here and it's always great for me to see the much younger crowd coming here for support. I wish I had the courage you have when I was your age. If I did, the number of relationships I would have saved I just can't count! You now have that chance I didn't, and I think I speak for A LOT of other addicts in here, and that chance is to get your life turned around EARLY! Good luck to you.

Hi unchanged, I myself am 17, and have had what I'd like to call 3 stages of trying to break my PA already :P. I wouldn't call a former attempt unsuccessful, but more of a progressive step in which we learn from our mistakes and are therefore more determined and willing to succeed the next time. Remind yourself of your goals and what you are willing to do to reach them
