      thanks Robert E.
it is hard, but one has to get that little strength to stand up and away from the computer and do something else in order to help yourself. it may seem as if you are wasting time, but you are not. you are helping yourself and once you lose the urge you return more productive.
we all will make it. the first step, deciding to come here and search for help, is the hardest, but once we acknowledge our problem we find the path to solve it.

      i am here as well.
      god bless.

      Gonnamakeit,

The post Dave42 is referring to is HERE, located under General Discussion "3 Myths about P".

It was originally noted by Rowlf as a link and this version is a slightly edited text version on the site.

I hope it helps. It helped me.

I like this a lot where you mention that we need a "little strength to stand up and away from the computer." and then you point out that it might seem like we are wasting time, but, really, ultimately, we aren't, because it's for our long-term health, efficiency, balance. I also liked this, "the first step, deciding to come here and search for help, is the hardest." Yes, it's easy for people like me to forget how hard it was posting my first message. I write so much now, but in the beginning it was hard to say things like, "I have an addiction." Thanks for the reminder! You are on the road to balance! Hey, and glad to hear that the weekends are generally better because you are busy with the family. Wonderful!
