      cadahangel,
Welcome to the TTF forums. I'm sure you will find, as I have, that TTF is a great resource in combating PA (p addiction). I am also 25, and got caught up in P at a young age. It's great that you have recognized your problem and are taking steps to free yourself.
One of the greatest helps that TTF has been for me is in starting a journal in the forums here: Recovery journals - TTF community forums
A journal really helps tie you in to the community here. There are many people who are going through very similar circumstances.
The next thing that you should probably do is fill out the mission planner:
      More about ThroughTheFlame.org
or at least make a list of the things that "trigger" you to think about P. A good place to put this list is in your journal. Once you have done that, you can start planning a strategy and other people will offer suggestions as well.

I think the hardest part at the beginning is just going P-free for the first several days. In my case, I really had no choice. My relationship with my SO was in shambles and any slip and it would have been completely ruined. For other people, who's SO's don't know or are n't in a relationship, I have noticed that staying on the wagon for the first several days can be difficult. However, once you've been clean for a little while your head really begins to clear and you get a better idea of how P affects you and how you can combat it. Daniel has a really good post on getting started here: Onward: Daniel's Journal

Good luck with your journey! I am in it with you.
      -steve
