im a 25 yr old student.I hav been addicted to P and MB since the last 10-12 yrs.Ive tried plenty of times to stop this reckless habit only to go further downhill.Past is past.I cant change it but i can change the future.This is it.

Welcome to the site and good luck. I think most people on this board would encourage you to come up with a recovery plan to deal with your addiction. Several people have posted the outlines of such plans and you can pick and choose what works for you. Check out the Getting Started article about breaking Pornography Addiction on the is site, its pretty helpful. You've made a good decision. Stick with it and let us know how it goes.Life is much better without porn
