Recently I have tried my magic spell: "I don't want it again" when the urge comes and it works :) You should spell it continually until the urge disappears.

good stuff guys. you've cut right through my argument. my only question is, i dont think i can go cold turkey. tried everything and i always end up right back where i started. its so frustrating wanting to be different and wanting better for yourself and your loved ones but always falling short.

I agree with Dominus. I would just add that staying away from any type of glossy magazine would be a good idea. Something as a women's health magazine may create problems. As simple and benign as it may seem, for us who are trying to improve our lives, there could be images in such a magazine that may create or trigger a craving for P. What causes problems sometimes for me (maybe others can relate) when I am in line at a grocery store at the check out, they have magazines there and sometimes the front covers make it difficult for me to focus, so I have to be extra cautious when in such a situation.
