Hey Vilema. I just like to thank you for all the encouragement you've given to me so far! P has a nasty little tendancy to alienate your feelings to others, and this has happened to me, with regards to my parents. I feel that they don't truly know me any more.

Hi Vilema - Thanks for the welcome. It's been great in to find a place that can hold what I find hugely humiliating and definitely a challenge to actually do something about it - but having arrived here (and I'm a great believer in synchronicity - things come into one's life at the right time) I know I have to pick up the gauntlet.

Reading your sharings has really helped make this a safe place - a fellow extravert!
