Can PMO ruin a childs puberty?

Since I've started attempting to restrain PMO I've been thinking about this off and on. I'm 23, and have been PMOing since 12-14ish. You ever wonder if PMO altered puberty? Me for one, I could pass for a 18 year old. I have a better chance of growing a 6th toe, than I do a beard. My voice goes from bass deep to squeaky high through out a 5 minute conversation. I have the muscle mass of a 15 year old girl. I never had a wet dream, but have had 4 since I started rebooting in the last 3 months. Just a thought.
