      Default Recovery plans

Is there a place on the site where people can post their recovery plans if they want to? I thought it might be helpful to see what one looks like. I know they'll all be pretty personalized, but I thought we might be able to draw on each others' wisdom where possible.

Most people's recovery plans can probably be found in their first few journal posts.

It would be neat to see how others are working through their own problems. Since everyone is in a different situation, we all probably have different plans. Maybe we could create a collective list of our favorite parts of our individual lists, or those parts that have helped us most. That could be fun, and I would be willing to try it!

      Here, I will go first:
The parts of my most recent plan that are helping me the most are:

      1. Scheduling my day the night before hand.
      2. Posting daily on TTF.
      3. Reading this kind-of hardcore Catholic recover book called Clean of Heart each day.
      HABIT OVERCOMES HABIT

      Relapse is NOT an option
DO, OR DO NOT. THERE IS NO 'TRY'
