Hey everyone. This activity idea was sparked by the thread I started (looking in the mirror). Basically, list out 6 bad things, or things you need to work on about yourself. And then 8 good things about yourself. Why the difference? Well, I think that it is important to keep perspective, so there should be more good on the list than bad. And the numbers don't really matter that much. 6 and 8 were just arbitrary numbers I picked. As long as there are more good than bad it works.
