Default Productive things you can do instead of P?

I am currently on my recovery cycle. I am going to see how long I can last to get rid of this destructive addiction. Hoefully I want to go on forever without looking at P every again. Anyway I am on my 6th day and I find myself almost feeling lost without P. Looking at P was almost like my default activity if I wasnt doing anything else.

I am making this thread for people to put some good suggestions through on what you can do instead of P.

Here are some of the things that I am going to do to occupy my mind -

      MORNING

      - Exercise (40 mins-1 hour)
      - Deep breathing, meditation and visualisation (30 mins-1 hour)
      - Appreciation period i.e being thankful for all the good things (15-30 mins)
      - Career research period i.e looking for new jobs, new opportunities (30 mins-1 hour)
      - Healthy diet research period i.e looking for recipes, healthy foods, what to eat and what not to eat etc (30 mins-1 hour)

      AFTERNOON

      - Learning how to touch type (1 hour a day)
      - Reading (1 hour)
(need suggestions on more afternoon activities)

      EVENING

      - Gaming (1 hour)
      - TV/Movies (1-2 hours)
      - Socialising (3-4 hours, 2-3 days a week)

As I write this I realise there are plenty f things I could be doing rather than looking at P. Please post some suggestions for all of us going through the recovery process.

Just about anything: the list is endless. It is a great feeling too! So much we can do with our lives! :D

For me, when I got my fursuit, I found it helped me avoid my usual source of P. Hehe now I prefer to get dressed up as a big furry animal and run around making people laugh (hoping to find some volunteer work I can do in suit to) while I still struggle with P, I found that doing something productive and fun greatly cuts down on the need for P.
