Default How can I block P on my android phone?

Does anyone know of a internet filter app for android phones?

I've blocked both my computers at home and but my phone is completely open to viewing whatever. I made a choice that when I got the phone I would never watch p on it and have stuck to this (going on 3 months now) but I'm worried that somewhere down the line if things get tough I might trip myself up. Cutting the internet on it isn't really an option as I use it to respond to emails plus google maps is very useful when trying to get to places. Anyone else have this problem?

So far the only App I am aware of that is Android ready is X3Watch. You might check that one out.

      Peace,

Hey Remi, I am Vodafone in the UK and am unable to look at p on my htc as it came automaitcally blocked by the network. To remove the block I would have to phone them up... I assume you can also phone up and ask to have it reblocked?? The other networks are probably the same...

Hi Spartan, I'm on Orange UK and have a HTC also. Do you mean you have the internet blocked on your phone or just P sites? Thanks Remi.

McAfee now has an Android app called Family Protection that blocks P. It does a good job and also prevents uninstall attempts and blocks downloads of alternative browsers. I use software called AndLock to further protect settings on the phone so I cant change them. The McAfee app has a free 30-day trial and then costs $20 for one year of service. I think that's reasonable.
