What are we doing here?

Why are we here? Why are you here?

Simple questions but, for many, they have deep answers.

This is a place of healing, help, and hope for those struggling to overcome porn and sexual addiction. It is also a place for those who have been impacted by this addiction as a partner/significant other to seek support and healing from others who have also walked this path.

Here at TTF, we encourage those who are striving to overcome their addiction to read and interact with those who are struggling to heal from how this addiction has impacted their lives from the outside looking in. The goal is to break down the walls, so to speak, to learn from one another and to heal together.

For some here, their journey is just beginning. For others, this is a road well traveled.

I post this to remind everyone to remember why we are here.

Whether you believe the pen is mightier than the sword or not, words impact others. What we say to each other, HOW we say it to each other, all matters here because there is no spoken word. There is no inflection of natural speech. There is no humor in a voice. There is no voice. There are only words on a page.

Something to think about today before you type.
