There is also a group called befrienders, which operates helplines in more than 40 different countries and in many different languages. If you would prefer to speak in a language other than English (or French, in the case of Kids Helpline), or if you live in a country not listed, please visit the befrienders. Their website is located at Befrienders Worldwide . It's worth a visit and a bookmark.
If you feel that you will do yourself or another person harm, please call your local emergency number or go to your local hospital.
Everyone in here has felt crisis at one time or another. If that crisis is overwhelming-- please get help. I can confidently say that I speak for everyone here when I say that we all want you to be safe.

I have lost a loved one due to Suicide. It is a very real problem.

Hello,
During past 2-3 weeks I was having some very strong suicidal thoughts. I am having some really difficult and overwhelming problems (not a PA). I do not want to die, but they are exhausting me psychically.
I am having a meeting in a week (April the 19th) that is going to solve them. So there's only 1 week left. I will somehow survive it.

I Encourage all who think they need it, to please give SAA meetings a chance.
Do you have a internet filter installed on your computer yet?
If not, use K9 it is free, wont cost you a dime. not only will you save money, but you will save yourself from acting out.... Just a thought
