Not refreshing?

Hmm I logged out earlier and have just logged back in but the page isn't updating, I still have the option to sign up or log in although I've done so a few times, when I post it still shows the post is coming from me, I have my setting set to find a new version of the page with every visit, but without having my thingy up there I can't get to my pm's? any ideas what may be wrong?
