Out of curiousity, what is the criteria - what determines - getting 5 gold stars next to one's journal?

Quite simple really TS. You vote. And others vote on that! As far as I am concerned every journal deserves 5 stars, as most people pour their heart out in there!

Lets say you want to rate this thread. look at the top of the thread, right under were it says this post has 1 likes. right under the like, there is a tab that says RATE THIS THREAD, click on it, and it will let you rate it

Ha-ha, thx for the directions, Gerald! So I just tried it out on this thread, and now it is also 5 star!
Besides having ADHD, which does get in the way at times (just makes life a bit more challenging in some respects), I easily get overwhelmed with websites and all their tabs and folders. I am technologically-challenged, as I like to say, in amusement at myself!

At the top of the page, there is a black line and in that black line you will find, 'rate this thread'. That is where you can vote!
