      Default Subscription Page Cut Off

I use IE8 (even though I hate it) and for the past few weeks my subscription page doesn't fit on the screen, regardless of zoom. So I can't check the boxes, veiw the next page, move things to folders, etc.

Was just wondering if this was a TTF glitch, an inherent evil of IE, or something annoying with my computer?

      Thanks,
      TB

      TB,
I'll look into it and let you know.

It might be a bit later in the day, but I will get back to you.

      Peace,
      ~C~

Hey TrueBlue, I just checked my subscriptions page on IE8 and IE9beta, and both viewed normal as it does in firefox. So must be something to do with either your browser settings or windows display settings.

I have the same problem. Here's what my subscription page looks like:

My "New Posts" search results page looks similar.

Thanks for posting the picture Phil, as I am unable to replicate the "cut off" myself.

      I will look into it.

      Peace,

You're welcome. I'm no expert, but it looks to me like the "placeholder" for a missing icon is pushing everything to the right.

Some of the icons that show up as missing for me are "thread_new.gif" "thread_hot.gif" and "thread_dot.gif"

Here's what the "New Posts" page looks like:

      http://www.throughtheflame.org/forum...&pictureid=270

If I move the cursor over the missing icon in the first row, with the really wide border, I get a popup that says, "You have 2 post(s) in this thread, last Today."

Maybe I can be of some help.o:-)

Are you using IE 8? If so, try clicking on the compatibility button to the right of the address bar beside the refresh icon. It should fix it right up for you...

Sorry, but I don't see a button like that. The only thing to the right of the refresh icon is a big red "X".

Incidentally, I've tried displaying the page in IE8, Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari, and I get the same problem in each of them.

I've already done a site report. They are looking into it. Oddly enough, my home IE8 has the problem and yet my FF does not. Baffling.

      Thanks all.

Funny. I never noticed that on this computer that the compatibility button was gone. I just recently swapped out computers to have my other repaired. I went to tools, clicked on compatibility view settings, and added this website to the list, though. :)

IE8 is notorious for having glitches like this.

ETA: Ahhh, I see what y'all are talking about now. I was thinking something different. Sorry.
