Okay, so, I don't know if this is a problem with scripting or if its a problem with cookies on my end (or something on my end) but I've noticed, recently, that when there are multiple new posts I click on one, then when I click back to go back where the threads are, say I was in "recovering addicts" and 2 people started new threads, I click on one, then when I'm done, or after I've replied I click on "recovering addicts" again, then it shows that both posts have been read, instead of it just showing the one that I was in being read. Then say after I do that, and there were new posts in "general discussion" those no longer show up as new posts. So I have to resort to opening all discussions in multiple tabs and then opening the new posts in new tabs so that I can see which ones are new. Also the little page on the left that shows which posts are new, is kind of hard to tell if its new or not.

Also when I post a reply to someones post or start a new post myself, and then I click on the tab at the very very top that says "Forum" it takes me back to the forum, however that page shows that there are new posts that I haven't seen yet, another words its darker. When I click on the that link again and then click back to the forum they go back to normal

idk, just a shout out to see if anythings up, and just an idea. If its my end, let me know and I can try to refresh my cookies and cache.

Thanks for letting us know halfpint. Is anyone else having similar problems?

Something similar to what's happening to Halfpint has happened to me. The other thing that happens is when I'm logged on and reading a thread and want to reply (not all the time), it would log me off and requests that I log back on. So I figured this is a normal protocol. Occasionally, of course.

that last part thats happening with you just sounds like a cookie problem. If you don't use Firefox, I suggest using it (so much better than internet explorer) I don't have hardly any problems with that on firefox, but I did with IE. I would also try cleaning out your cookies and cache (which is good to do anyways every now and then) and then re-log in and see if that fixes the problem.
