Registration Frustrations

My husband and I applied for registration last week and a couple of days later, I got impatient and emailed since it had been longer than 24hrs. I explained that I was getting desperate and needed at least my husband's account activated.

My account was activated and his was declined.

He wrote an email in hopes of getting the situation rectified and waited. He then filled out the form online for registration issues and waited. Then he figured maybe the issue was because his old application had been deleted, so he created a new registration.

As of today, he has not gotten any responses to his emails and his second registration got decline.

I'm afraid he's going to refuse at this point. We've emailed, we've filled out forms, he's kept at it, and he keeps getting declined.

What needs to happen for my husband to be able to use this resource to aid his recovery?

How frustrating! I'm sorry about this! I once helped another person with a similar problem. I'll try to contact the administrators. We do want to help, and I'm sure that this will get sorted out soon. However, I know how very difficult it is to wait, especially when you are in a tough, tough "starting" period of recovery. Stay tuned! Also, if you do get things resolved, please let me know.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the difficulties in registration.

Can you please send me a private message with your husbands email address and username chosen, and I will make sure he gains access.

Due to our extremely tight registration filtering, it does mean on occasions that some genuine members will not be able to get through, however, because of this extra security we block in excess of 100 rogue accounts every single day.

I hope you understand that the team at TTF are completely focussed in mainting TTF as a Secure and safe place, and sadly this does mean that it may not always be easy to register.
