Default First full month this time!

My last slip was in the beginning of October so even though it has been 56 days November was the first full month. I have also been trying a lot harder this time, doing a lot more and I think it is all working. I am going to remain clean for December as well, then next year, the rest of my life!

Good for you, BetterForever! You just have to take this addiction one day at a time, and make a decision that you won't go back, no matter what.

      Wishing you the best,
