If you haven't decided to do this already, I would definitely recommend that you start a journal. Then come here every single day and update it with your progress and problems. That, more than anything, will help you to remember what you're doing and why.

Also, spend time contributing in other ways to these forums. Reading through journals is a great way to better understand your addiction and find inspiration on ways to beat it.
