Thank you to those who replied to my first post.
Having tried to quit before I sort of know what I'm in for. Somewhat unfortunately for me, the first few days are easy after I get caught (I'm terrified). Then my resolve fades slowly over a period of weeks. So, it isn't the first month I'm worried about (although I certainly don't want to take anything away from people who have made it 30 days, it's a real accomplishment). I have to find a way to keep from slipping back into old habits later when my thoughts about quitting are on the back burner. It seems like frequent visits here would help but what else have people done to stay on track after a period of weeks. |
