Iam really sorry to hear about the situation you are in. My husband used to be in the same position as you, not knowing if he was gonna have a wife and kid the next day or be all by himself cos his PA took over his life.Anyway we joined this site in January and so far things have been great.So if he can do it, so can you.
I have installed internet filter software on our pc at home and his work laptop, so he really hasnt got an option, but he is really happy that its there, cos he has no way of accessing any P sites even when he is really tempted. The software we have got is cybersitter, which is pretty good and would recommend it.But I would advice you to talk to your wife and make sure only she knows the password for it, and say you do try to access something, it will log a file and email your wife about it or she can check its file logs anytime.
My H did a breakdown of all these softwares you can have and choose the best one.
