I sincerely hope you will find the answers to your questions here.I don't have any answers specific to addiction to gay P though I think I've heard a similar story before. My advice is to work towards kicking the habit now. I would advise you to sit down and write out all the things that trigger your P usage. No matter how trivial they may seem this is a really important thing to do. You'll be amazed how much easier it is to avoid looking at P if you know what makes you want to look at it and avoid the temptations before they hit you.
