recently seriously started to try and stop my PA and im glad i found this forum for support...im 21 years old and have had a PA for atleast 6 years prolly closer to 8 anyways starting june 1 i had checked off with an X each day that i had went thru without viewing P and no X for days that i had viewed P...well yesterday i gave in to temptation and felt so horrible afterwords (as always) after alot of thought i went to look at my calender and realized of the then 23 days in june i had an X marked on 18 of those days and had just went 8 days in a row with Xs before i blew it on monday...for whatever reason (holy spirit maybe?) being a huge sports fan i thought that this must be what any sports team feels like after a loss when they look back at there record and say "you know what? we may have lost tonight but our records still pretty good"...so i went back on my calender and changed all the Xs to Ws and all the blanks to Ls...18-5 not too bad...so i figured heres my game plan= every sports team needs a schedule and satin plays games everyday so everyday is game day...i won today and it makes me feel so good to put a W for the 24th...ive read a few threads and i know some of you are amazing 6 months ect ect but everydays a battle and i plan to win the war one day at a time so for me this is my way of keeping score...how many sports team ever go undeafeated throughout the course of a season? not many at all...so i feel that this is a legit way for me and maybe some of you other sports fans to bring on the compititon...i would hope maybe a few of you will join me and post your records along with mine because i believe that compition brings out the best in a man and not to be competitive because this truly is a battle with you and yourself but if i see one of you is posting an unbelievable record im going to try to match and maybe best that and that will bring out the best in both of us...sorry for the long letter and poor writing i am a much better writer but posting from my mobile (as i got rid of my computer for PA resons) thanks for bearing with me if you got this far and i hope that this "season" style might help some of you and i hope that you will share your season records along with mine on this thread so that i may become a fan of yours and vice versa...im 19-5 and proud of it
