I just went throught the same thing you went through. I did it on Thursday. I felt terrible but you know what we all make mistakes and during this recovery process we will slip up but we will notice that it will get harder and harder to do and that is a sign of success. Just know that you are not the only one. We are all in this together. Thanks so much for sharing because now I don't feel alone. Have a great weekend. |
