I can only say that I was fortunate to have found this site , things are changing pretty fast and i can see results in no time, look at this a couple of days ago i was all about P and now i refrain from it..
Great going guyz you have made things much easier for me, I would've slipped and fallen down had i not been here and had i not met you all.
I might start a journal, thanks for the suggestion i think thats gonna be helpful...
