I live in California. I am gay, so if that is a problem, I understand. I am not against mb, and I'm not trying to give it up, but if you are trying to give up mb and p, I will be completely supportive.
My basic strategy: I look at the struggle as a "one day at a time" kind of thing. I try to be creative (going for a jog, a walk, going out to a cafe, etc) in my approach. I really believe in staying away from the computer unless I'm feeling strong.
