There is a lot of knowledge here on this board.
The internet P is much more addictive, in my opinion, than magazines and videos. Fortunately, it's only been 9 months for you.
I don't have time to look it up right now, but there is a common verse in the Bible that explain's your dilemma - something like "that which I do not want to do, I do..." It's human (sinful) nature. That's our defalt setting. It takes time to change it.
