I used this software to good effect for a while.

One recommendation (from experience): Do NOT make your SO your accountability partner! As getting a weekly report email was like a fresh smack in the face for my SO. While I was finding the CovEyes software to be helpful for just keeping my goals in mind. The Covenant Eyes software does throw quite a few "false positives" when it comes to risky sites. Eg. if a banner ad on a "clean-site" is served from a remote server on a "dirty-site" URL adultfriendfinder.com and others. So each Monday she would get an email and then I woudl spend an hour defending many of those "false positives".
