Well I'm happy to have a go FM!
The thing is that posting here and supporting each other in this struggle we are all engaged in individually is a really positive experience. And it's a great help in keeping your mind off other things! It is very rewarding if people write back and say your words helped them, even if it's in a very small way.
Now I just need to make sure I don't get addicted to this website
. But at least that would be a much healthier addiction than the one I'm giving up.
